Impasto Medium:
Transparent. Heavier consistency to retain shape for impasto painting techniques. Can be used to build structure by applying directly and covering with paint or by mixing with paint color on the palette. It dries thoroughly to allow the building of a surface up to a 1/4″ per application.
Also works as an extender and can be diluted with solvent if needed.
Textured Impasto:
Semi-opaque. Cloudy white in color with a grainy textured. Lightweight for building higher texture without adding weight. Can be mixed color or used alone to create an under texture. Will dry to a tough but flexible sandy surface. Reduces gloss.
Textured Medium Fine:
Semi-opaque. Cloudy white in color with a finer grainy textured. Lightweight for building higher texture without adding weight. Can be mixed color or used alone to create an under texture. Will dry to a tough but flexible sandy surface. A finer grain for a smoother matte surface.
Gel Medium FastDry:
Transparent. Made with a fast drying resin, this gel will speed drying of both alkyds and traditional oils. Dries in a few hours. Used for extending colors and creating transparent glazes. It can be be diluted with solvent to achieve a thinner consistency if desired. Great for plein air painting.
